Wayne Buchner is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software development and engineering, currently serving as Principal Engineering Lead at Qantas since August 2024, focusing on enhancing the Qantas Loyalty brand. As the CEO and Founder of LEAD DEV Pty Ltd since November 2018, Wayne Buchner is dedicated to mentoring non-techie start-up founders in Australia and globally. In addition to founding way+bu, Wayne Buchner held various senior roles, including Senior iOS Engineer at Australian Payments Plus and Coles, and Lead iOS Developer at Coroma Consulting.
