Talia Ruiz is a seasoned product manager and operations specialist with extensive experience in product development and client management. Currently serving as Product Manager and Service Operations Manager at QADworks since October 2022, Talia has established inter-department processes, developed operational templates, and managed client relationships. Prior experience includes a role as Product Manager at Globe Telecom, overseeing product roadmapping for digital solutions, and serving as Product Management and Innovation Lead at Total Information Management Corp., where Talia was responsible for business forecasting and strategic partnerships. Earlier roles include Account Manager at Total Information Management Corp., Admin and Leasing Officer at Tabangao Realty, Inc., and Benefits Policy Associate at Pilipinas Shell Petroleum Corporation.
