Richard Strang is an accomplished QA professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and test management. Currently serving as QA Lead at The Salvation Army and Canadian Tire Corp since September 2021, Richard previously held the position of QA Manager at Element Fleet Management and managed a team of 49 testers at Scotiabank, where responsibilities included overseeing two wealth management applications. Richard's career also includes significant roles at Validus, CGI, and various consulting positions at Symcor and CIBC World Markets. Richard holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Ottawa.
