With a strong foundation in management consultancy from McKinsey & Company, Tzo Zen has held senior roles at prestigious institutions, including Managing Director at the Courtauld Institute of Art and Chief Operating Officer at the Royal Academy of Arts, where responsibilities encompassed strategy, operations, and finance. Additionally, Tzo Zen has contributed as a Governor of The Place and co-founded Cambridge Contemporary Dance. Educational credentials include a PhD in Zoology from the University of Cambridge and a Fellowship from the Museum Leadership Institute.
