Bethan Hudson is a Principal Consultant at Q5 since May 2023, bringing extensive experience in organizational design and workforce analytics from previous roles at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG®) as a Senior Manager from January 2020 to May 2023, and at Whitbread, where positions included Labour Finance Manager and Strategy Analyst from September 2015 to January 2020. Additionally, Bethan was an Analytics Manager at Hertfordshire County Council for a brief period in early 2015 and served as a Senior Canoe Trip Leader at Camp Manitou Canada from June 2011 to October 2014, managing logistics and safety for youth canoe trips. Bethan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Geography from Durham University, completed in 2014.
