Carlos Calderon Dominguez is a Client Support Analyst at Q4 since November 2022, with previous experience as a MACD and Voice Specialist at TPx from February 2021 to November 2022, and a Customer Service Specialist at Teleperformance from July 2020 to February 2021. Earlier, Carlos completed an internship at Universidad Estatal de Sonora in late 2017, focusing on front-end development utilizing HTML, CSS 3, JavaScript, and AngularJS, along with project structuring through Scrum and mockup creation using Axure RP. Carlos holds a degree in Computer Programming from Georgian College, attained between 2018 and 2020, and also completed a Software Engineering Technology program at Centennial College in 2018.
