Brenda Bouk is an experienced project manager and implementation specialist with a strong background in hospitality management. Currently serving as a Project Manager Team Lead at Q4 since January 2020, Brenda has also held various roles within the company, including Implementation Coordinator and Data Entry Specialist. Previously, Brenda managed operations at Fionn MacCools Vaughan from March 2015 to September 2019, overseeing inventory management, staff recruitment and training, payroll, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional experience includes bartending and serving positions at Fionn MacCool’s and The Kingbridge Centre, where responsibilities encompassed opening and closing operations, maintaining cleanliness, and providing quality service in high-pressure environments. Brenda holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Recreation and Leisure Studies from Brock University, completed in 2015.
