Rob Vogel is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the mining and construction materials industries. Currently, Rob serves as a Partner at Q4 Impact Group, LLC, where the focus is on enhancing operational performance and fostering sustainable change for clients. Previously, Rob held the roles of Managing Director at Proppant Today, LLC, and Corporate VP of Strategy and Business Development at Vulcan Materials Company, where responsibilities included M&A and strategy development for the S&P 500 company. Early in Rob's career, significant positions included Vice President and General Manager of the Southeast Division and Operations Manager at Vulcan. Rob began a professional path in mining with roles at Allied Chemical/Allied Corp. and holds a BS in Mining Engineering from Colorado School of Mines and an MBA in Finance and Operations Management from the University of Chicago.
