Pascal Tilgner is a seasoned entrepreneur and investor with extensive experience in founding and managing companies in various sectors. Tilgner co-founded Q21 Capital InvAG mit TGV in December 2020, serving as Co-Founder and Chief Investment Officer at a German regulated fund of funds. Since August 2011, Tilgner has also been the founder of CEGI, a family office dedicated to investing family funds across diverse asset classes. Prior to these ventures, Tilgner co-founded RENEWA GmbH, a company focused on energy-efficient home improvements, which was sold to PlanetHome in July 2022. Tilgner founded DAA Deutsche Auftragsagentur GmbH, a data-driven company in the home improvement space, which was sold to Bosch Group in May 2017. Additionally, Tilgner co-founded Absolventa GmbH, a niche job board that was subsequently acquired by Funke Mediengruppe in December 2009. Tilgner holds a degree from the University of Münster, completed in 2007.
