Melinda Leone has a diverse work history, showcasing their skills in different industries. In 2004, they worked as a Service Representative at Hartford Life for a year before moving on to Osborne and Little, where they served as a Contract Coordinator from 2005 to 2011. During their time at Osborne and Little, Melinda worked on large hospitality contracts, determined price points, and reviewed contractor quotes.

In 2011, Melinda joined East Haven High School as an intern, where they assisted teachers and faculty in various educational activities. Melinda'sinternship lasted until 2012.

From 2013 to 2018, Melinda worked at Electrix Illumination as a Project Manager. In this role, they were responsible for project monitoring and management, including developing forecasts, tracking expenses, creating project plans, and managing workflow. Melinda also implemented effective change management processes and made changes to project scope and cost to ensure project success.
