Monica Nxumalo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technical support and systems engineering. Currently serving as Support Manager at XipLink Inc. since December 2021, Monica previously held the position of Senior Support Engineer at Globetom from November 2015 to November 2021 and worked as a Systems Engineer at Stortech from March 2014 to October 2015. Prior roles include Onsite Operational Engineer at Openet, Systems support at Vodacom, Senior Fraud Investigator at Datacash Pty (Ltd), Junior Account Executive at Synovate Aztec SA, and an SAP internship at the City of Cape Town. Monica holds a B.Sc in Computer Science and a B.Sc Honours in Population Studies and Demography from the University of the Western Cape.
