In 2003 werd Q Jobs opgericht als uitzend- en selectiekantoor, met als specialisatie de bouwsector. Tessy Damen, de oprichtster, stelde vast dat bedrijven nood hadden aan een HR-specialist voor het rekruteren van personeel met een technische achtergrond. 

Inmiddels doen we zoveel meer dan dat! We zijn sinds de oprichting stevig blijven groeien, en hebben ons verder gespecialiseerd in industrie, office, bouw, technische en logistieke profielen.
