Daniel Canuto is a Senior Software Engineer at Q-CTRL since June 2022, with prior experience as a Senior Engineer and Associate at Exponent from October 2019 to April 2022. Daniel completed a PhD in Mechanical Engineering at UCLA, where research focused on computer modeling of the human cardiovascular system and data assimilation for individual patient physiology from August 2014 to September 2019. Additional roles include Graduate Teaching Assistant at UCLA, Program Manager for the NSF Research Experience for Undergraduates at Florida State University, and various research and engineering positions at academic institutions and industry, including GE Aviation. Daniel holds a Master's degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Florida State University.
