Kerstin Sandner is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT service management and security consulting. Currently serving as a Security Consultant and ITSM Expert at q.beyond AG since September 2021, Kerstin has previously held roles as a Senior Specialist in ITSM and Consultant at iTSM Group from August 2014 to August 2021. Prior professional experience includes consulting positions at SERVIEW from January 2014 to May 2014 and SPIRIT/21 Application Services GmbH from January 2009 to December 2013. Kerstin's academic background includes a Diplom-Kauffrau in Betriebswirtschaft from Technische Universität Chemnitz, obtained between 1999 and 2007, and ongoing studies in Wirtschaftsinformatik (Fernstudium) at the University of Applied Sciences at Zwickau since 2015.
