Noa Blumenthal is an experienced professional with a strong background in program management and organizational improvement across various sectors. Currently serving as the Scale-Up Program Manager at Q.ai, Noa oversees data collection operations in Israel and the US, focusing on strategic partnerships and workflow optimization. Previously, at Pagaya, Noa led strategic solutions to enhance the Research department's performance by establishing business infrastructures, KPIs, and management frameworks. Noa’s career also includes significant roles at Deloitte, where contributions to public sector consulting improved organizational performance, as well as experience in consulting and policy recommendation delivery with organizations such as Binot and the Israel Democracy Institute. Noa holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a BA in Political Science from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
