Katleen Lombaerts is an experienced professional with a strong background in loyalty management and human resources. Serving as Loyalty Director at United Consultingâ„¢, United Marketing, and United HR since January 2008, Katleen has developed expertise in customer engagement and loyalty strategies. Prior to these roles, Katleen worked as a Payroll Consultant for large accounts at SD Worx Belgium from 2000 to 2008 and as an HR Officer at Exel from 1996 to 2000. Katleen's educational background includes studies at SIPHO - Antwerpen (KDG).
