Warner Chaves is an experienced Solutions Architect at Pythian since May 2008, specializing in architecting data solutions across various cloud providers and on-premises environments. Warner's previous roles include serving as a Microsoft Data Platform Principal Consultant and SQL Server Principal Consultant, where technical leadership and consulting for SQL Server talent were provided. Warner also has experience managing a global SQL Server DBA team and worked as a Database Administrator at Hewlett-Packard from January 2007 to April 2008, overseeing multi-terabyte Oracle and SQL Server installations. Earlier career experience includes a role as a .NET Programmer at Predisoft Internacional S.A., focusing on database administration and development. Warner holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Software Engineering from Tecnológico de Costa Rica.
