Camila Suvaric, CHRP, has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as the Vice President of People & Culture at Pythian since October 2012. Prior roles at Pythian include Director of HR Operations and Organizational Development, Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Business Partner, and Global Talent Acquisition Specialist. Under Camila's leadership, Pythian's Talent Acquisition Team received the 2014 Randstad Canada Vision Award for Innovation in Talent Acquisition and garnered multiple awards for excellence in talent management and retention. In addition, Camila is a facilitator for the #IamRemarkable initiative, which aims to empower women and underrepresented groups. Camila's career also includes experience as a Recruitment Consultant at Altis Recruitment from 2006 to 2012. Camila holds an Honours Bachelor's degree in International Business with a Minor in German, as well as a Human Resources Management Certificate, both from Carleton University.
