Chris Batchelor has extensive experience in technical and operational roles within the entertainment and event production industry. Currently, Chris serves as an Operator at Pyro Spectaculars by Souza since January 2012. Prior work includes a lengthy tenure at CBC Technical, Incorporated from July 2002 to June 2024, where Chris held multiple leadership positions, including President/CEO, President, Sales Manager, and Technician. Additional experience includes serving as Technical Director and Audio Engineer at Rancho Community Church, Lead Technician at Bob Burton Center for the Performing Arts, and various technical roles at other organizations such as Mission Theater and Power Plus Sound & Lighting, Inc. Chris began a career in stage lighting at Luminescence Stage Lighting and Christian Community Theater in the early 2000s. Chris completed education at Heritage Christian High School from 1998 to 2002.
