Sukhmani Sachdev worked as a Director of Client Operations at Pyramid Consulting, Inc since February 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Associate Director - OPS Support at the same company from October 2011 to March 2022. Before joining Pyramid Consulting, Sukhmani worked as a Freelance Event Coordinator from May 2009 to September 2011.

Sukhmani Sachdev has a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from KPMG India. Sukhmani completed their MBA in HR from Symbiosis SCDL from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelors degree in English from Hindu College, DU from 2008 to 2011. Sukhmani completed their secondary education at Holy Child Sr.Sec.School in 2008.
