Throughout their career, Berwald has demonstrated expertise in managing multi-million dollar divisions, overseeing operations, implementing standards and procedures, driving revenue and profitability, and fostering owner and employee relations.
Patrick Berwald has a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, which they obtained from 2002 to 2005. Patrick also has a Master's degree in Finance & Hospitality Marketing from Cornell University, which they obtained from 2013 to 2014. In addition to their degrees, Patrick has obtained several certifications including Certified Food & Beverage Executive from the American Hotel & Lodging Association, Certified Trainer from Training for Intervention Procedures (TiPS), Food Service Management Professional from the National Restaurant Association, and ServSafe from the National Restaurant Association.
