Bart Swanson is an experienced advisor and angel investor with a strong background in technology and e-commerce. Currently serving as an advisor at Horizons Ventures since March 2013, Bart has also held various roles as a board member across multiple companies, including Pypestream, Zoom Video Communications, BenevolentAI, and Modern Times Group MTG. With extensive experience in investments and strategic guidance, Bart has been actively involved in over 50 personal tech investments. Prior professional experience includes leadership positions such as COO at Badoo, Managing Director at GSI Commerce, and Chairman at Summly. Bart holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from The Wharton School, a Master's Degree from The Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania, and a BA in History and Political Science from the University of Southern California.
