Usha Rout has over a decade of experience in human resources, currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at PXP Financial since August 2019, following a role as HR Manager. Prior to this, Usha held the position of Assistant Manager HR at Menlo Technologies, Inc. from June 2017 to August 2019 and worked as Assistant Manager - HR at Cresc Datasoft Private Limited from March 2015 to March 2017. Earlier career highlights include serving as Sr. HR Officer at Concorde Group and HR Associate at EXL Service. Usha holds a PGCHRM in Human Resources Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and an MBA in Human Resources Management from the Regional College of Management.
