Baylor Gibbs is an experienced professional in customer service and team management, currently serving as Store Manager at PXG (PARSONS XTREME GOLF) since June 2021, where responsibilities include driving sales performance, enhancing customer engagement, and supporting local initiatives. Prior experience includes roles as a Guest Experience Specialist with the Arizona Cardinals Football Club, where Baylor provided exceptional guest service at home games, and as an Antelope Reception Center Ambassador at Grand Canyon University, coordinating group tours and contributing to institutional improvements. Baylor began a career in sports officiating as a Grade 7 Soccer Referee with the Arizona Soccer Association. Baylor holds a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management with an Emphasis in Pre-Law and Sports Studies from Grand Canyon University.
