Andy Smith is a seasoned Process Engineer with extensive experience spanning over three decades in the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as a Senior Process Engineer at px Group since October 2022, Andy's previous roles include Process Engineer at Warwickshire Oil Storage Limited and Senior Process Engineer at Phillips 66, where responsibilities included managing various off-site locations and terminals. Prior to that, Andy worked at ConocoPhillips focusing on petroleum coke production and rotary kilns, and served as a Process Leader at ExxonMobil, providing operations support at the Fawley Refinery. Andy's career commenced as a Cargo Surveyor at SGS Redwood, where duties involved surveying ships and refinery tankage. Educational qualifications include a BEng in Chemical Engineering from the University of Strathclyde and an HND in Chemical Engineering from Cleveland Opening Learning Unit.
