Kristen Podagiel is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles across numerous organizations. Currently serving as Chair of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Non-Executive Director at PWR Advanced Cooling Technology since February 2024, Kristen also holds positions as Chair and Director at ADG Engineers, Non-Executive Director at Alluvium Foundation, Alluvium Consulting, and Silver Mines Limited, as well as Teaching Fellow for the Masters of Legal Business program at The College of Law Australia. Prior experience includes Interim CEO of Women's Legal Service Queensland and Managing Partner & CEO at McCullough Robertson. Kristen holds a Master of Laws from the University of Melbourne, an LLB from the Queensland University of Technology, and additional executive education from Harvard Business School and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
