Valeria Navarro Cruz has a diverse background in customer support and human resources, currently serving as an Agente de Customer Support and Agente de OnBoarding at Ualá since June 2021. Previous experience includes a customer service role at Green Eat and a fundraising position at Ser Humano. Valeria Navarro Cruz is pursuing a degree in Administración de Recursos Humanos at Universidad del Salvador, expected to be completed in December 2026, and holds a degree in Odontología from the University of Buenos Aires.
