Rohit’s background includes a managerial role at Honeywell focusing on Organizational Development, Talent Management, and Learning & Leadership Development, as well as establishing L&D initiatives at Thomson Reuters for a large employee base. Early career experiences include HR Leadership roles at Firstsource Solutions and eLearning, where Rohit was instrumental in developing training programs and frameworks. Rohit holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Training & Development from ICFAI and a Bachelor's degree in English & Communication from Annamalai University.
