Pichon Duplan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and organizational leadership. Currently serving as Director of Banking Transformation at PwC since August 2010, Pichon leads the Advisory’s Standardization and Automation Program, while also managing a large-scale mortgage servicing merger integration project. In addition to this role, Pichon co-founded and serves as CEO of The iStandAbove Organization, a non-profit aimed at enhancing leadership and problem-solving skills among university students worldwide. Pichon also founded SportUp, an advisory firm focused on supporting athletes' career and branding opportunities, and co-founded Fast Forward to aid students in maximizing their college investment. Pichon holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance & Accounting and a Masters in Accounting from Babson College.
