Madhusmita Chauhan is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as a Manager - Talent Consultant at PwC since May 2023. Prior roles include Human Resources Manager at Airtel from May 2016 to May 2023, where responsibilities encompassed stakeholder management, talent engagement, and talent management. Madhusmita also worked at Tata Communications from December 2014 to April 2016, focusing on end-to-end recruitment for IT and telecom projects, as well as handling the APAC migration project. Earlier experience includes a role in human resources at Syntel in 2014, primarily in recruitment and sourcing.
