Dionne van der Nat currently serves as Transformation & Engagement Lead and Senior Management Consultant at Prowareness since May 2021. In addition, Dionne holds the position of Digital Transformation Consultant at Rabobank since January 2022. Previous roles include Digital Transformation Consultant for Deltares, Transformation Consultant for Lely, and Agile Consultant for KPN, all via Prowareness. Prior to these positions, Dionne worked at Valcon, where responsibilities included Project Lead and Change Lead for various processes, and at Personal Selection Recruitment B.V. as Office Manager/Advisor. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Human Resource Management, earned Cum Laude, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, both from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.
