Cindi Keith is a retired partner from PricewaterhouseCoopers, where a career spanning over three decades focused on client service in the Technology Information Communication and Entertainment (TICE) industry, with a particular emphasis on telecom equipment and service providers, as well as software and technology service entities. Cindi contributed to the National Professional Services Group and served as a Dallas Technology Partner, ensuring quality audits across the firm. In addition to these roles, Cindi has served on various boards, including Board Member positions at Evolon and PCTEL, where responsibilities included chairing the Audit Committee, and was a Board member at City Bank. Cindi also held the position of Chairman of the Board at the Entrepreneur Foundation of North Texas from 2007 to 2010, focusing on growth and philanthropic opportunities for entrepreneurs, and served on the board of The Metroplex Technology Business Council. Cindi earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas.
