Charles Chang is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in corporate finance and software. Currently serving as a Partner at PwC since May 2024, Charles previously held the position of Managing Director at Arma Partners from June 2017 to April 2024, where a key focus was providing financial, valuation, strategic, and M&A advice on software businesses.
