Amit also gained valuable experience as a Business Development Manager for Ports at Shell Hazira Gas Pvt Ltd in India and as a Manager in Ship Chartering at Adani Global FZE in Dubai. Amit's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Jaihind College in Mumbai and further studies at the City of London Polytechnic.
