Mariana Aguirre is a professional with extensive experience in business management and nutrition. As the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana manages an online store dedicated to organic products for body and environmental care. Additionally, the role as Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. has been held since January 2016. Mariana previously owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro between November 2017 and November 2019 and worked as a Nutritionist at a private clinic from February 2016 to 2019. Furthermore, experience as a university lecturer in applied mathematics for nutrition and food history was gained from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a diploma in Administration and Business Management from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020) and a Bachelor's degree in Food, Nutrition, and Well-Being from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015).
