Koen Lenders is an experienced vastgoedadviseur and technisch adviseur currently at PVM since November 2022. Prior to this role, Koen served as a contractbeheerder and maintenance engineer at Heijmans from November 2019 to November 2022, focusing on asset management and maintenance engineering for ASML. In addition to this, Koen has held various positions including bestuurslid at MCC Meijel, where involvement included organizing motocross events, and has gained experience as an intern in multiple companies such as HOMIJ Technische Installaties and DPD Pakketservice. Education includes a current pursuit of bachelor's degrees in Integraal Vastgoedadviseur and Vastgoedinspecteur at HAN University of Applied Sciences, alongside a bachelor's in Technische Bedrijfskunde from Fontys University of Applied Sciences.
