Sonia López has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Sonia began their career at Celer Consultor S.L. as an Office Clerk, where they managed accountancy and tax matters for corporations and self-employed workers. Sonia then moved on to Leroy Merlin, where they held a management position in the logistic department, handling paperwork, returns and repairs, and optimizing stock. Sonia joined Iveco as a Training and Development Specialist, responsible for organizing and delivering training programs. Later, they transitioned into the role of CKD Material Planning Logistic, managing stock databases, coordinating inventory, and ensuring efficient vehicle scheduling. At Gransolar Group, they worked as an HR Generalist, responsible for headcount reporting, budget management, and development of HR policies and procedures. Currently, Sonia López is the Head of Talent Acquisition Training and Development at PVH - PVHardware.

Sonia López's education history is as follows:

In 2013, they obtained a TECHNICIAN SENIOR BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION AND FINANCE degree from IES Alonso de Avellaneda.

From 2017 to 2018, they attended EFIC - Escuela de Formación Integral en Coaching and obtained a Certificación Experto Coach Personal y Ejecutivo degree.

In 2019, they completed the Practitioner en PNL en el Instituto de Potencial Humano program at IPH.

In 2020, they attended EFIC - Escuela de Formación Integral en Coaching and obtained a Speaker Talent degree in Comunicación oral y retórica.

In 2023, they studied at DISC FACTORY ACADEMY and obtained a Behavioural Analyst DISC degree as well as a Professional Disc Developer degree.

Sonia also has additional certifications, including a Diploma VaughanTown Bronce from Grupo Vaughan obtained in May 2023, and an Executive Máster en Inglés Profesional Bronce from Grupo Vaughan obtained in May 2023.
