Louis Meuleman currently serves as a Board Member for The Club of Rome EU Chapter and holds the position of Director at Public Strategy for Sustainable Development. Meuleman has maintained a role as an Associate Senior Expert at Berenschot since January 2021 and has been actively involved with the United Nations as Vice Chair and Member of the UN Committee of Experts on Public Administration since January 2018. Additionally, Meuleman is the Vice Chair of the Scientific Committee at the European Environment Agency and a Visiting Professor at KU Leuven and the Public Governance Institute, as well as a Research Associate at Wageningen UR. In the political sphere, Meuleman is the Vice Chair of the PvdA in Brussels/Belgium and served as a Senior Fellow at the Center for Governance and Sustainability at the University of Massachusetts Boston until October 2024. Meuleman holds a PhD from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
