Boyce de Jong holds extensive experience in political roles with PvdA Ede, currently serving as Raadslid and Fractievoorzitter since April 2021, with prior involvement as Fractie Assistent and (steun)fractielid since May 2015. De Jong has contributed to various portfolios including Armoede- & Inkomensbeleid, Zorg & Welzijn, and Inclusieve Samenleving. Additionally, de Jong has held positions in communication and HR, including roles at KPN and RoutIT, and has a background in data stewardship at FrieslandCampina. Educational qualifications include a degree in Organisatiepsychologie from Scheidegger Opleidingen and studies in Uitvoerend Musical Theater from the Amsterdamse Hogeschool voor de Kunsten.
