Brent Hotard, HRSM, has extensive experience in production and procurement management within the oil and gas industry. At PV Fluid Products since July 2017, Brent has held multiple roles, including Production Supervisor and HSE Coordinator, focusing on ensuring operational efficiency and safety. Prior to this, Brent worked at National Oilwell Varco from August 2014 to July 2017 as a Production Planner, responsible for scheduling and optimizing manufacturing processes, and as a Procurement Specialist, managing supplier negotiations and improving procurement practices. Brent’s earlier career includes a role as a Business Analyst at Alcoa Oil & Gas Inc., along with positions in insurance and materials management. Brent earned a BA in Sports Management and Business Administration from Rice University.
