Christopher Sears is an experienced engineering technician currently employed by the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) since March 2023. Previously held the position of Retired Safety Professional at NAVFACSE. Christopher has extensive safety management experience, having served as Safety Manager Lead SSHO at Sauer, Inc., where supervision included three Site Safety and Health Officers for NAVFAC projects. Additionally, Christopher has worked as Site Safety and Health Officer and Safety Consultant at HRH Safety and Health Systems. Christopher's career includes service in the US Navy from January 1981 to August 2004, achieving the rank of Chief Petty Officer, and receiving education in Aviation Maintenance.
