Barry Pepper has been in the golf and fitness industry since 2005. Barry started as a Head Golf Professional at North Shore Golf Club in 2005, then moved to Renaissance Park Golf Course in 2008, where they held the role of Head Golf Professional. In 2008, they also began working as General Manager, Charles T. Myers Golf Course at Ratcliffe Golf Services, Inc. In 2011, they became an Assistant Golf Professional at Colleton River Plantation Club. In 2014, they founded Pepper Fitness, where they held the roles of PGA Golf Professional and Owner. In 2018, they joined PushPress - The Gym Operating System, where they held the roles of VP of Customer Success and Customer Success Engineer.

Barry Pepper attended Austin High School in Austin, MN from 1995 to 1999. Barry then attended Minnesota State University, Mankato from 2002 to 2004. Barry also holds a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer certification from ANSI-ASQ National Accreditation Board/ANAB.
