Joe Bombach is a seasoned data engineering professional currently serving as the Manager of Data Engineering at PurposeCare since October 2022. Previously, Joe spent over eight years at HealthSparq, progressing from a Healthcare Informatics Analyst Associate to a Principal Data Engineer. In this role, Joe designed and implemented data pipelines to meet analytics needs, developed terabyte-scale analytics data warehouses, and built big data pipelines using GCP and AWS tools. Joe's earlier experience includes volunteer work at Hope Medical Clinic and research assistance at the University of Michigan, where Joe analyzed survey data. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Statistics from the University of Michigan.
