T. Courtney Williams is a seasoned professional with significant experience in racial equity, inclusion, and community empowerment. Currently serving as Associate Strategy Director at Purpose, Williams leads the Racial Equity Impact Practice. As the Founder and Co-Director of A Call For Equity, Williams fosters equity-centered design among marginalized voices. In the role of Founding Partner and Inclusion & Equity Strategist at Urban Fireworks, Williams collaborates with organizations to promote equitable systems. Additionally, as the Founder of The Food Court, Williams utilizes culinary experiences to address social inequalities affecting Black, women, and queer individuals. Past roles include leadership positions at LearnServe International and Paxen Learning, and a fellowship in the United States Senate. T. Courtney Williams holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Howard University.
