Barry Willms currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Global Managed Review Services at Purpose Legal since September 2024. Previously, Barry held the position of Vice President, Managed Review at Consilio LLC from May 2009 to November 2023, where significant accomplishments included developing an 800-person Attorney Division and overseeing 50+ weekly projects with a budget exceeding $40 million. Barry's leadership extended through an acquisition transition, focusing on team integration and operational efficiency. Prior legal experience includes roles as Director at Consilio LLC, Attorney at Bass, Berry & Sims, and Senior Staff Attorney at King & Spalding, where Barry managed large teams and complex litigations. Barry holds a JD from Georgia State University College of Law and a B.S. in Political Science from Kennesaw State University.
