Ratul Lahiri has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. RATUL is currently the CEO and Founder of PurpleRibbon since March 2020. Additionally, they serve as a Technical Committee Member at the Quality and Accreditation Institute since September 2021 and as a StartUp & Entrepreneurship Committee Member at the Confederation of Indian Industry since September 2019. Ratul also co-founded PlatinumOne Business Services Limited in July 2008 and continues to serve as a Director. Previously, they held roles such as City Host at LinkedInLocal Thane Chapter from October 2018 to April 2020, Senior Manager - Value Added Services at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Co. Ltd. from September 2004 to June 2008, Marketing Manager at Tech Pacific India Ltd. from February 2004 to August 2004, and Manager - Business Development at Net4India Ltd. from January 2001 to February 2004.

Ratul Lahiri completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Rabindra Bharati University from 1995 to 1998. RATUL then pursued a PGDM in Marketing from Amity University from 1999 to 2001. Prior to that, they attended Kendriya Vidyalaya from 1983 to 1995.
