Previously, Terry held the position of Senior Director, Legal at Veritas Technologies LLC from January 2016 to April 2021, and at Symantec Corporation from July 2005 to January 2016. Terry's experience includes serving as Associate General Counsel & Director at VERITAS Software Global LLC from June 2002 to July 2005, VP & General Counsel at Blue Pumpkin Software from January 2001 to May 2002, and General Counsel at BackWeb Technologies from December 1998 to December 2000. Earlier in the career, Terry worked as Senior Corporate Counsel at Oracle Corporation from October 1991 to December 1998. Terry Woo holds a J.D./MBA in Law and Management from Cornell University, obtained between 1983 and 1987, and an A.B. in History from the University of California, Berkeley, completed between 1978 and 1982.
