Kathy Mulvany currently serves as the Global Head of ESG at Pure Storage since May 2023. Prior to this role, Kathy held the position of Senior Director, ESG / Global Impact at ServiceNow from November 2019 to May 2023, where Kathy established a high-performing team to implement the company's Global Impact vision and initiatives. Kathy's extensive experience at Cisco from September 1996 to February 2019 included various leadership roles such as Vice President of Operations & Sustainability in Corporate Affairs, where Kathy led efforts to integrate sustainability and improve Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) practices. Kathy's career progression at Cisco involved overseeing diverse social impact programs and enhancing cross-functional CSR integration. Kathy holds a B.A. in Economics and English from the University of California, Berkeley.
