Cathy H. is an experienced professional in the STEM education and technology sectors, currently serving as an Order Analyst at Pure Storage since January 2025. Previously, Cathy contributed as a STEM Instructor at STEM Center USA, where a bilingual STEM curriculum was developed for TK-12 students, incorporating innovative teaching methods including a learn-by-doing approach with Minecraft Education. Cathy's leadership was also evident as Event Co-Chair and President of the SJSU Science Extravaganza, aimed at inspiring middle school students' interest in STEM. As a Peer Advisor in the MESA program, mentorship was provided to underrepresented students in engineering and computer science while also collaborating on outreach events. Experience as a Web/App Development Consultant for HealthCare UnTold involved exploring the integration of OpenAI’s GPT-3 for application development. Cathy began a journey in education and customer service as a Student Ambassador at San Jose State University. Cathy holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from San José State University, completed in 2024.
