Agustin Couto serves as the Global Director of Learning and Leadership Development at Pure Storage and previously held the position of Global Head of Learning and Development for the Business Messaging Group at Meta, along with serving as the Head of Learning and Development for LATAM within Meta Business Group. As the Founder and Managing Director of EBVendas - Escola Brasileira de Vendas and the Managing Director of Conecta Learning, Couto has significant experience in educational leadership. In addition, Couto has contributed to academia as a Professor of Negotiation Strategies at Senac - Serviço Nacional de Aprendizagem Comercial. Agustin Couto holds a Master of Arts in Adult Learning and Leadership from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Universidade Paulista.
